Monocle, a British magazine, has named Minneapolis No. 19 on its list of top 20 liveable cities in the world. Copenhagen, Munich and Tokyo top the list.
You can't read the article online unless you're a Monocle subscriber, but Monocle Editor-In-Chief, Tyler Brule, wrote a column about it on the Financial Times Web site where you can check out the rest of the list.
